Most helpful and effective multivitamin !! I have been taking Super Supplemental once a day (morning with breakfast) for 11 years. I have never gotten the flu once since I began taking this supplement. I can't imagine a day without Super Supplemental. It is indeed Super!

I always felt great taking this product, but have recently looked into synthetic vs natural ingredients. There are synthetic ingredients listed so I stopped taking this. Now, their herbal products I love, just not vitamin/mineral stuff.
