I have been paying about $35 a month for Sleep Apnea Relief on Amazon. I decided to try this lobelia to see if it worked since it was half the price. It does! And the bottle lasts 3 times as long! I added Cramp Bark to it and am much happier than with the SAR!! This helps me maintain a stronger breath as I sleep and maybe even during the day!
